I wouldn't mind doing it on Critical, or with special conditions, but a level cap on top of that seems a bit too excessive. I haven't started, but this set TERRIFIES me. If those could be bumped up a bit or imo preferrably removed entirely, we'd have a set that's still original and fun and challenging, but doesn't make people cry and curse as much hopefully. My one critique so far from looking at the set and playing for a few days now would be about the level caps. Thank you Xor for the set! I like how creative it is, instead of a very basic "beat boss"->"beat world"->"beat game" set. Additionally no attack in the game instakill you unless you eat a combo. The game scales your damage up even if you are underlevel so you can kill bosses in the right amount of time. The difference is that enemy attacks are less unfair and can be blocked properly even if you don't have OP dodges like aqua or ventus and the game is balanced around level 1 gameplay. It is and it makes you use everything at your disposal. You can still get Once more or Second Chance on a lvl 1 run right? So this shouldn't be that bad. Movement commands that do damage -> garbage.Standard commands that do damage -> garbade except too fast comamnds or commands that gives iframes like surge.Standard combo -> garbage.Shotlocks -> sorry, restricted ):S Having a quick glance through the set the only achievement that strikes me as needing to know a trick is the level 1 beat the game achievement but other than that it just seems like limiting your options by 1 or 2 methods in a game that gives you a wide variety of ways to do damage. I wouldn't really call "Too hard, move to bonus." legit criticism.

So again, some of the more harder ones should go into a bonus set. Almightyxor has put alot of work into this and i appreciate it, but most people here will just ignore it.

For people, who don't have all the free time in the world to know every pixel in Birth by Sleep, this list is just impossible. You can get the newest patch from here: KH BBS FM - English Translation Patch 1.0.12 - I would however recommend using patch 1.0.11 as currently patch 1.0.12 has some patching problems which will cause the game to not load.

Sadly there's no decent working PSP emulator avaliable but if you have a PSP it is now very easy to mod your PSP so that it plays ISO files. KH BBS: FM has had an English patch for quite a while.

You can play the patched game on a modded PS2 or using an emulator (I strongly recommend using PCSX2 ( PCSX2 Playstation 2 emulator - News - Use the latest SVN build) you can view what the game looks like translated by going to the link in my description and watching a few videos. Unlike KH2:FM that uses strings and IDs making it much easier to translate into English, all text in KH:FM are on images making it much more difficult as you would have to edit each image individually after finding out how to decode the image into a viewable format making translating the game an incredibly time consuming process. Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix will most likely never be given an English patch due to the difficulty of inputting custom text into the game.

Again though, you don't miss out on heaps, mainly a couple of non-canon Mirage Arena fights, though I will admit the secret episode was neat. All the cutscenes are in English, and there are ability lists available online so you don't miss a whole lot, especially if you've already played through KH2 multiple times on your own PS2įor BBSFM, I used a pre patched rom, and the megaupload link has surely been taken down by now so you'll have to search around a bit. BUT I only used it after I had already beaten the game/opened all the treasure chests, because theres been reports of it freezing occaisionally.
