These inspiring new sounds feature a wide range of categories and many have a distinctly ‘classic’ flavor! Notably, the 2.6 update takes Eric’s classic sound design work from the original 1987 Roland D-50 into completely new sonic territory with Omnisphere’s vast synthesis capabilities. Each hardware profile has a corresponding set of sounds in the Hardware Library which were specially designed using that hardware synth as an Omnisphere controller. If it is your textures samples you will find them on disk 2.Omnisphere 2.6 includes a stunning new “Hardware Library” with over 1,600 new patches created by Eric Persing and the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development team.

simply drag the folders from the install disk and overwrite the "corrupt" folders on your external.

I found out my "textures" library did not fully install.Ĭheck to make sure all your installed folders match the size of the disk folders (my installed textures was about 1.7 GB, it should have been over 2 GB)ĭon't re-install. As of this coming Friday I'll be sitting on this for 1 week without it functioning correctly. I'll update everyone when I get it resolved, just in case anyone else has the same issues as I'm having. I tried calling support, but no one answers, so I'm stuck waiting for email responses. I'm waiting to hear back from Spectrasonics again. But I don't know, I recall reading about a few people that installed directly to an external drive as well. I'm starting to think that the issue is because I installed directly to an external drive. Contacted Spectrasonics support, but no resolution yet. Eyalc wrote:Yes, I have all the latest updates.
